Yesterday was the most tiring day of my life during 2012. We went to mall, had a small photoshoot in there. May be it was my fault wearing heels. It left scar on my feet. Hope it recover soon. Afterall, we were having nice time. Early dinner at Mos Burger.

There are 3 sessions of photoshoot. First was held at Sarinah department store. Everything went smoothly. Second shoot was taken in Centro department store in Kelapa Gading. After few hours, we were told that room is being used by other department. So, we packed back our stuffs. Shooting was starting again after 8pm. Superb tired. Everything perfectly sucks when I found my feet is in pain. Not to think twice, I put my heels aside while Im working. Soon, close time for the mall. Everyone already left the mall. Lights been turn off. Means, no one's there. So I just walk without shoes. To  the exit and get in cab. Looks exactly like a lost child. *lol*

Thanks to Mba Atika dan Mas Donang for the harwork. Let's struggle next time.

Photos of me

Still about the IFW. This just random shoot taken by polaroid. First picture is me with Wiha, whom u already know I guess.

And this is Atika. She's my senior in media. She teaches me a lot. And we were having dinner at Chillis, the first day of IFW.

The last day of IFW is kind of hectic. This is Ika Mardika. She's very kind woman. She gave me bread and coffee in the morning. (Thanksss!!) Ah! A lil bit about her. She's the very first person who held fashion show in Indonesia. Back to that year, it was held in Bali and known as Bali Fashion Week. At that time she was motivated to build Indonesia as fashion industry. In short, she's a legend.
And her collection was about pipping. Just look at her blazer.
Her words still echoing in my mind. She told me to be a journalist than a designer. So far, there're hundreds even thousands designers in Indonesia. But a fashion writer? Probably few. May be I'll be one.
Yeah, Im still thinking btw.

I was standing in front of Hammer visual retail. Pretty cool, huh?

Laptop Case

Couple days ago, I feel so bored. And then I remembered my old friend, sewing machine! Yeah, my best friend during my study in Limkokwing. She stays with me till morning arise. Together we work till die. *lol*
Ah! This gonna be my first post about my new label DIY. Well, it’s not very first honestly. If u are my loyal follower, u’ll remember my post about creepo. But due to reality, I already delete that post. (well, not deleted. But keep in draft) Btw, I miss u creepo!
So what Im gonna do this time? A laptop case.

Choose your favorite fabric. Fabric scissors. Tape measure. Cushion pin. Sewing machine (for those who don’t have this, u can change with just thread and needle. Means, sew by hand.)

First, measure you laptop. Make sure u trace a bigger pattern from the real size. Add 1 inch at the edge of the pattern.
Place your pattern on folded fabric. It’s easier to place the pattern on the folded part. So u don’t have to make extra sewing. (Lazy suggestion. Haha)

Then cut it. And pinned the 1 inch edge. Join the line by sew it either by machine or hand.

U'll have this layer. Fold the layer inside like this picture below.

Pin it and sew.

Done! Simple as that. Well, not really done honestly *embarassed*
It should have zipper. But Im using velvet animal prints, so it's okay to be just like that. Furthermore if u're using this fabric, even u simply cut the edge, the fiber wont come out. Neat as u use leather.

Hope it useful.
Do it yourself!
